Our rates reflect fees for lodging (covers insurance, utilities, inventory up-keep expenses, etc.) 6% PA. sales tax is included. Donations towards animal rescues and year round livestock care and feeding are very much appreciated. Thank you.
Rates and Policies for The Cottage and Farmhouse (Sorry, we are NOT able to accommodate dogs as farm stay guests):
● Check-in after 3pm and check-out by 11am
●Rates (Minimum stay of 2 nights, discount price for stay of 7 nights or longer):
$170.00 Per night for 1st family up to 2 Adults and 4 Children (Includes state and local taxes)
$26.50 Per night for each additional Adult (Includes state and local taxes)
$20.00 Per night for each additional Child - 2yrs. to 18yrs. (Includes state and local taxes)
●Booking policy for stays of 2 to 6 nights:
To confirm a reservation and hold dates we require an advance deposit payment of 50%.
50% of Deposit will be refunded if we are given at least 2 weeks notice prior to reserved dates.
No refund if cancellation occurs less than 2 weeks prior to reserved dates.

●Booking policy for stays of 7 nights or longer:
Entire amount must be paid in advance to hold reservation.
10% discount on total 7 nights or longer.
Amount to be paid in FULL in advance to hold those dates.
Cancellation policy, minimum of 2 weeks notice prior to reserved dates.
50% of the advance fee will be refunded, with a minimum of 2 weeks notice.
No refund if cancellation occurs less than 2 weeks prior to reserved dates.

● We need to have an accurate accounting of your group to accommodate
your needs, no extra guests will be allowed without giving us advance notice
prior to your arrival
● For the health of our family and yours we maintain a smoke free
environment. If you must, smoking is an outdoor activity ONLY
● We strive to provide a positive atmosphere for visiting families and
remind adults that children learn by example. We will not tolerate loud,
abusive, or alcohol related behaviors
● A portfolio in the cottage contains more specific info and policies
to help make your farm visit a safe and memorable vacation experience
● Fishing is catch and release (in our ponds)
Please use small BARBLESS hooks to facilitate catch and release. Do not cut your line if snagged, floating bobbers, hooks, line becomes lethal to our waterfowl and other wildlife.
